PIR, Vibration and Temperature Sensor The combined infrared, vibration and temperature sensor is easily connected via the RJ-12 patch cable into one of the two CAN ports on the Didactum base systems. This two meter RJ-12 cable is included. You can also extend this sensor up to 200 meters from the Didactum monitoring system. If more coverage is required for the detection of movement, vibration, or your temperature monitoring then you can easily connect these sensors in series. If desired, you can enter these combined sensors into the integrated map feature of the Didactum alarm and monitoring system for enhanced visual alerts.
